About Us:

At Brout, our Marketing team has a data-driven vision and a clear strategy for taking Brout to the next level. Over the past years, we've gained valuable insights into the channels and tactics that work for us, but we know there's always room for improvement - and that’s where you come in!

You are:

• Strategizing and Driving Revenue: You have a passion for driving revenue and growth through various channels.
• Testing and Optimizing Expert: You excel at testing and optimizing strategies for Paid Social, Search, and other customer acquisition tactics.
• Creatively Ambitious: You're a creative thinker, always exploring new channels and ways to outperform ourselves every month.
• Strategic Partner: You will be actively involved in helping our marketing team with strategic planning.
• Eager to Learn: We believe in learning on the job. As a Performance Marketeer, you'll take ownership and get the chance to develop yourself in different aspects of the job.

You have...

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant marketing role, preferably with expertise in Paid Social and Search.
• Digital Savviness: A strong command of Business Manager & Ads Manager, and ideally experience with Excel, Google Analytics, or a BI visualization tool like Looker Studio.
• Experimentation Mindset: An understanding of the core principles of experimentation and optimization.
• Channel Messaging: Familiarity with the messaging differences between push and pull channels and experience in feed optimization for channel success.
• Collaborative and Goal-Oriented: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams to achieve common goals.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial, "getting things done" mindset.
• Drive for Continuous Improvement: Recognizing that perfection is a journey, you eagerly embrace tests and optimizations to maximize performance.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
